4. Purpose and provider
If you accept, Google Analytics measures visits, referral campaigns, pages viewed and interactions with menu and booking links. This helps us understand how the website is used. The legal basis for optional analytics is your consent.
Analytics is provided by Google, including Google Ireland Limited. Google Tag Manager loads the configured measurement tags after acceptance. Advertising consent remains disabled in this implementation.

5. Accepting, rejecting and withdrawing consent
You can accept or reject analytics in the website banner. Rejecting does not prevent you from viewing menus or opening booking links. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics do not load through this implementation unless you accept.
Use the “Cookies” button on the website to change your choice. If you withdraw consent after accepting, the page reloads, this implementation stops loading analytics and attempts to remove its standard first-party Google Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not undo previous processing.

6. External services
Booking buttons open CoverManager on a separate website. That service provides its own privacy and cookie information. This website also requests fonts from Google Fonts and the jQuery library from code.jquery.com; those requests disclose connection information, such as your IP address, to their providers. The analytics choice does not control those resource requests.
7. Updates
This policy may change when services or measurement settings change. Cookie expiration is separate from the retention period of information already collected in Google Analytics.
